What is included in the yearly price?
For up to 5 wines: the back-label text for each country of sale, the specialist check before printing, the hosted e-label page in each language, and the update of the page and of the label at each new vintage. There is no setup fee.
A “wine” here means a reference: one cuvée in one format. A red and a white are two references. The same red in 75 cl and in magnum usually shares one e-label but may need two back labels; we count it as one reference when the text is identical.
Why a yearly price and not a one-off fee?
Because the work is not finished once the label is printed. Each vintage brings new analysis values, the texts change (they changed again in 2026 with Regulation (EU) 2026/471), and the e-label page must stay online for as long as bottles are on sale. The yearly price covers that follow-up.
How does it compare with e-label platforms?
E-label platforms cost from free to about €1,500 a year and host the page from data you enter. Our price is higher than the cheapest tools because it includes writing the back label and the check by a specialist. The table below shows public prices.
What is not included?
Laboratory analyses, printing and front-label design. They depend on your wines and your choices, so they are quoted or paid directly to the laboratory.
- Laboratory analyses: your usual laboratory, at your cost. In most cases your routine analysis is enough.
- Printing: quoted per job, or done by your own printer from our checked PDF.
- Front-label design: optional, quoted after a short brief.
What does a typical small winery pay?
A winery with five wines sold in Italy and Germany pays €290 a year excl. VAT for the back labels and e-labels of those five wines, updated at each vintage. Printing, if it uses ours, is added per print run. The free check comes first, so you know what needs changing before any quote.

Are there setup fees?
No. The yearly price is the price. Printing and design are quoted separately and only if you need them.
I have more than 5 wines. How much does it cost?
Additional wines are quoted with your list of references. Send it through the form with your countries of sale.
I am in Switzerland. Can I pay in CHF?
Yes, prices in CHF are available on request.
Is the free check really without commitment?
Yes. You receive the list of points to fix and, if you ask for one, a quote. There is no automatic follow-up.
