We collect only what is needed to answer your request. No cookies, no advertising trackers.
What data do we collect?
- Through the form: name, winery, country, email, phone (optional), number of wines, countries of sale, message and files you choose to send.
- Technical data needed to deliver the request and protect the form from abuse (IP address, browser).
- No advertising cookies or trackers on this site, and none on the e-label pages.
Why and on what basis?
To answer your request and prepare a quote, at your request (article 6(1)(b) GDPR). Your data is not sold or passed on for marketing.
Who processes it?
Hosting: Vercel Inc. Email delivery: Resend. Both act as processors under data processing agreements.
How long do we keep it?
Up to three years after our last contact if no contract follows; for the duration of the contract and legal retention periods otherwise.
Your rights
Access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection and portability. Write to us through the form. You can also lodge a complaint with your data protection authority.
